Armoured train nr 7 ‘Wabadus’ at Puka railway station

On 27 November 2018, a replica of an armoured train No. 7 Wabadus was unveiled in the Tapa train depot. In January 2019, an exhibition tour of the train – the Journey of the Armoured Train Wabadus – will start on the historic route which was a frontline in the Estonian War of Independence (1918-1920).

From 25-27 January the armoured train makes a stop at Puka railway station. 

25 January program:

10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Armoured train is open for Otepää county schoolchildren

11 a.m. Festive opening of the armoured train exhibition and lighting a bonfire. 

7 p.m. Program at Culture Centre of Puka: free theatre play

26 Jaanuary program:

11 am.m to 6 p.m. Armoured train is open for visitors. Tourguide, bonfire, soup and pastry
