Exhibition “Border Poetics. Estonian Art 1918–2018” in Moscow

“Border Poetics. Estonian Art 1918–2018” is an exhibition of the Art Museum of Estonia and the National Tretyakov Gallery, combining Estonian art of the last hundred years from the collections of the two museums.

The centre of the exhibition is a selection of Estonian artists’ works that have arrived in the Tretyakov gallery during 1945–1989; it is also the largest collection in Russia of paintings and graphics by Soviet Estonian artists.

The exhibition is open from 22 November to 27 January 2019.
