Forever Young, a glamorous cabaret night in restaurant MERINEITSI of Hotel Viru

Performance Forever Young is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, and tells a passionately hot and ironically witty story about love and freedom, independence and stubbornnes

Starlight Cabaret’s new revue performance Forever Young is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, and tells a passionately hot and ironically witty story about love and freedom, independence and stubbornness. Kristjan Kurm, the producer of the Estonian Dance Agency revue theatre Starlight Cabaret, and Margus Tammpere, the Chef de Cuisine of the restaurant Merineitsi of Hotel Viru, have worked together to ensure an enjoyable cabaret night from start to finish.

Dance artists from the Estonian Dance Agency revue theatre Starlight Cabaret will be on stage with vocal soloists Nele-Liis Vaiksoo or Kristiina Renser, Irina Haak, Kalle Sepp or Bert Pringi. The enthralling three-part revue performance takes the viewer through the first republic of love, a loveless state and a state of free love. The stylistically diverse revue provides a vast array of acts from ballet and hip-hop to polka and rock; there will be duets and classic line-ups.

The tables are decked with the new à la carte creation from the Chef de Cuisine of Hotel Viru's Merineitsi Restaurant, Margus Tammpere, which is inspired by the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia. The flavour experiences span from Estonian elk meat to Alaskan silver salmon, from Estonian quail to fish dishes from the port city of Marseille. Those who are willing can adhere to the promise made a quarter of a century ago by many Estonians to even resort to eating potato peels, if that grants us freedom. The dinner is crowned by the head chef's dessert, and the wine selection accompanying the dishes is provided by the best team of sommeliers in Estonia.
