Traditional Estonian Christmas event in Tampere

The event ”Pärimuslik jõulupuu” is meant for Estonian families in Tampere region and everyone else interested in the richness of Estonian cultural heritage, this time focused on Christmas.

In the program: folk musicians Leana & Hartwin from Saaremaa, Santa Claus is visiting, kids’ performances, Christmas songs by Estonian choir, Christmas cards workshop for kids, enjoying the food and drinks. The event languages are Estonian and Finnish. The event is for Estonian families living in Tampere regions and everyone else interested in Estonian culture and Christmas traditions. The event aims at showing the richness of Estonian culture and heritage and fostering the Estonian belonging and sense of community among the Estonians living in the region.
