All wonderful appreciators of Estonia both here and abroad are welcome to join in on the celebrations.
Find a way to participate that suits you best. For example, you can take part in an event or create your very own, give support to realise a gift or be the gift’s initiator. Involve your friends, colleagues, or the greater community in gift-giving. The diversity and excitement of the birthday celebrations as a whole will depend on your contributions!
The celebrations will kick off in April 2017 to mark a century since Estonia’s administrative borders took their current form, will peak with important dates throughout 2018 and 2019, and come to a grand close on 2 February 2020, when the 100th anniversary of the Tartu Peace Treaty will be marked.
The celebrations will mainly take place in Estonia, but there are also a wealth of opportunities to join in the festivities abroad.
