The Kärdla cycling tour begins at 9 pm on August 18.
Tour d’ÖÖ (“Tour of the Night”) is holding a cycling tour during the centenary year, which will encircle all of Estonia during the Grand Celebration Week of Estonia 100. The public bicycle rides will take place from August 17-26 in 11 different cities.
